Purchase – Terms & Conditions

Please read our purchase terms and conditions carefully before purchasing. Once you have placed your order and paid, you also automatically approve the purchase terms. You have to read through and approve that the information you have sent us and goods ordered are accurate.

Shipping and delivery

We offer free shipping on orders over NOK 900 in Norway. On purchases over 900, – we pay shipping and expedition and send as normal mail. On orders under NOK 900, the item is sent as a letter if not stated otherwise and comes directly to your mailbox.

The goods are packaged and sent you 1–3 days from received order.

If the item is damaged during transport on arrival, you must notify us immediately.

Freight and expedition the rest of the world

We also send orders to Europe for a postage cost of NOK 65, and the rest of the world for a postage fee of NOK 75. They are sent as mail items. You have to pay customs tax of the order yourself, where appliccable, when it reaches the final destination.

Change and return – 14 DAYS RIGHT TO CANCEL

When replacing or returning items, this must be reported by mail to michael@holtermanndesign.com within 14 days from the date received the goods. For items that are returned to us, we will refund the purchase amount less shipping cost.

Returns assume that the item is unused, and in the same condition as when you received it, all brands and price tags should still sit on. Sales goods/goods with a reduced price are not refundable.

You have the right to return within 14 days of delivery. If you make use of this right to return, the goods must be unused/sealed and undamaged upon return.
In Norway, you can use the right of return form. This is a form designed by the Ministry of Children, Equality, and Inclusion and therefore follows Norwegian law. It is you as a customer who covers the return costs if you apply the right to cancel.

If something happens that causes your goods to be delayed, then we will contact you and provide a new delivery date. You can then choose to wait for the goods or cancel the purchase.


All claims must be notified to us in writing by michael@holtermanndesign.com before being returned. As a rule, the cases will be decided in advance if the complaint is real or not and whether the goods can be refunded/replaced. We follow Norwegian legislation on these points.

Claims apply only if the goods are delivered with errors or damage. Does not apply to damaged by normal wear and tear.

In case of a complaint, we will replace the item or refund the amount immediately. We will notify you as soon as we have received a complaint. In case of an approved complaint, the seller covers the postage fee.
